Accommodating and Friendly I got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes on my way to the dealership to receive my fourth complimentary oil change. Knowing I was going to be late, I cal I got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes on my way to the dealership to receive my fourth complimentary oil change. Knowing I was going to be late, I called the Service Center and told them my dilemma. They were more than happy to wait even though it meant they would be there after their shift ended. My oil change, tire rotation, and alignment took about an hour to complete, and in the meantime, I was able to relax in the lounge drinking (my favorite) tropical smoothie. Thanks Jay Wolfe Toyota for all of your help since my purchase last year! More
