My car was promptly taken to a service technician who texted me a video of my vehicle during the overall service check, along with a suggestion for future consideration. My vehicle was ready at the time I was told to expect it. My only quibble is they still have issues with the car wash. I suppose some things never change. More

Initially I was scheduled for a transmission flush at your dealership, that was recommended by Weiss Toyota, but really not advisable for my 2014 Corolla. Brandon brought this to my attention and suggested I get the brake system and coolant system flushed, as that was recommended by Toyota based on the miles I have on my car. Brandon also graciously looked in to a service issue we are having on my mother's 2002 Avalon, and I'm hoping he will get back to me with useful info. Also, when I talked to Brandon yesterday about car service issues, he was not in a rush, he was more interested in solving my problems and answering my questions than anything. I find it difficult to build trust with service advisors that are in a hurry, too rushed to explain the circumstances and that make significant errors. Yesterday, Brandon went a long way to building my trust. I will definitely be back to service my Corolla and will ask for Brandon Pocost when making my appointment. More

I have consistently been impressed with the professionalism of their team, and the team member who assisted me, Brandon, was no exception. One thing that I noticed when I came to collect my car, at the end of the business day, was that staff members were scrubbing down the service entrance staging area. They cleaned the floor, then replaced some floor mats using a tape measure to guide them. This seems like a little thing, but it really says a lot about the pride that they take in their workplace, and their colleagues who will open the business early the next day. More

He was nice enough to remind me that they offer 10% off on Tuesdays. Service Person went out of his way to be helpful. Earned my trust. I even bring my '13 Lexus to Jay Wolfe for service even though Lexus dealership is just as close to my home. Prices more reasonable and they've earned my trust. More
