I don't know how this affected his commission, but it didn't matter. The dealership is beautiful and the free meals were a nice added bonus. I was surprised that I had to travel to get a "dinged" window fixed (in 3-5 other insurance claim instances, the service was done wherever my car was located, whether at home or at work). I am a bit skeptical of the repaired windshield. It is the first time I could still see the the full crack on the windshield after it was fixed. So, I am holding judgement on the repair itself until spring, 2019. Meanwhile, I have to say the Quality of Service and work was excellent. Pamela Oakes was great. She greeted us timely and warned us that the ding was large for a windshield repair. She, of course, added the caveat that the method of repair is not her decision. She was very polite and helpful. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The repair was done within five minutes of Pamela's estimate (maybe less). The car was cleaned very nicely. Did I mention the repair was free? More
