Great experience from a seldom car buyer I have not needed to buy a car in over a decade and recently found myself needing one quickly. After looking at different makes/models on the intern I have not needed to buy a car in over a decade and recently found myself needing one quickly. After looking at different makes/models on the internet and deciding on a Toyota; I went into Jay Wolfe not knowing what to expect and was blown away by how great the facility and people are. Fancying myself a savvy shopper I went into the dealership after looking at their online inventory knowing the make/model/year that I wanted. Maurice helped me through every step of the process as it was all foreign to me and I never felt pressured to get something I didn’t want or need. The whole process from walking in to driving out with a vehicle took only a couple hours and much of that time was spent lounging in their café. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a person who is unfamiliar with the process and frugal all at the same time. My salesman, Maurice, couldn’t have been any easier to work with and took care of everything for me. I had full confidence in purchasing my vehicle from him and couldn’t be happier with the result. Once everything was picked out, I had the opportunity to work with Omar in finance as well. He presented everything I needed to know and do in a clear concise manner and I did not feel ignorant in what I was purchasing after Omar explained everything to me. Awesome Service Department and The Ladies at Jay's Bistro I come in once my 2016 Toyota Highlander tells me 'Maintenance Required' . I came in for 3 things, oil change, Emissions test and Brake fluid on 7.23 I come in once my 2016 Toyota Highlander tells me 'Maintenance Required' . I came in for 3 things, oil change, Emissions test and Brake fluid on 7.23.18. My appointment was at 10:30am, running late not realizing my Doc appointment would go over. I called the service Dept. and spoke to Brandon to let him know. He was as sweet and gracious can be and helped me out by letting me know he can move my appointment to 11:30am. I got there at 11:20 and met Brandon and took care of my visit. Then my 6 year old grandson and I went to Jay Bistro Grill to wait for my car and the Ladies working that day were also sweet, helpful and friendly. Missed Michelle this visit. For this I give you a 5 star. However, I give you a 4star for forgetting to put my Emissions test paperwork in my car. They had to take my car back and re do it again and had to wait for another 10-15 min. , which was fine but I had another engagement to go to :0) ! Overall everyone is Fantastic!! More

Purchase new vehicle I could not be any happier with what my wife and I just experienced at this dealership. We have been treated so nice and friendly. Our salesman, Jim B I could not be any happier with what my wife and I just experienced at this dealership. We have been treated so nice and friendly. Our salesman, Jim Bischoff was super nice and patient with us. We had been working on this deal for several months and we communicated back and forth via texts and phone calls. We had to work out a few issues and questions and not one time did he try to rush us and he answered every question we presented. Super nice guy! Did not think we would be driving home a new truck the day this happened. Everything just fell into place and we were super comfortable with how we were treated. Absolutely no negative issues at all and could not imagine things going better. Jason Theis was very thorough with our options on our purchase. Completely explained everything and anything that pertained to this transaction. Again, could not of treated us any better. I'm not in the habit of over praising people, but when they do their jobs like these two have done for us, I can't hardly not brag on them. More
