He was helpful that day and in the days since with various inquiries I've made about the status of various facets of the purchase. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy from Kevin at any point. Casie too was very friendly and a great help getting me set up with an appointment and welcoming me to Jay Wolfe. As it's been a long time since I bought a car, and I've never financed before, the walk-through of the necessary steps was much appreciated. It was a long day for me and by the time I got around to financing paperwork I felt a little put through the wringer, but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I wish they could have come down on the price a little but I understand that has nothing to do with the staff I was generally dealing with directly. Everyone was very kind and polite and helpful. The waiting room was pretty incredible with the massage chairs and free bistro selections. Stop by for a sandwich, stick around for a car! More
