Joe Nichols went out of his way to make sure the process went as quickly as possible with minimal "let me go talk to the manager" nonsense and made sure Bill, the finance director, knew not to bother with any high-pressure add-on sales and got me in and out quick. I really appreciated the no-nonsense sales approach and the extra time Joe spent at the end going over all the details of the car. More

Still Under Warranty, But Paying Full Price For Service Brought my nice new 2016 Prius in for its 20,000 mile service. While I was waiting I was approached by one of the service advisors who said it needed Brought my nice new 2016 Prius in for its 20,000 mile service. While I was waiting I was approached by one of the service advisors who said it needed wheel alignment and it would cost $112. She pointed out the rear wheels were the worst, with one of the front wheels being a little off. I agreed to it, mainly because the back wheels looked so out of whack on the printout, although I was puzzled why a nearly brand-new car under warranty would need expensive service so soon. After the work was done, a different service advisor told me the back wheels weren't even adjustable because they were self-aligning. WHAT? But the first advisor showed me the misalignment of the back wheels to convince me to pay for the alignment! Considering the car is so new, and they really only aligned the front, I think I paid too much. I explained to the service advisor I trusted their advice just fine, but having to pay for service on a new car gives a bad customer experience! Could they not have given me one of the service discount deals they are always offering and at least shared the cost? More
