Very Comfortable Buying Experience!!! I have purchased two vehicles in the past 5 weeks from Jay Wolfe Toyota and both experiences have been great from start to finish. David Diebold init I have purchased two vehicles in the past 5 weeks from Jay Wolfe Toyota and both experiences have been great from start to finish. David Diebold initially contacted me because a friend of mine let him know I was in the market for a 4Runner. He was very courteous and invited to come meet him at the dealership. He and Kevin Kettinger educated me on the different trim levels and options based on my immediate needs and future needs. They were very good at asking the proper questions and listening in order to help guide me to purchase the vehicle that was best for me and my needs!!! Kevin was very helpful in demonstrating the different features on the vehicles and helped me learn how to use them. Omar Elsoueissi was great to work with, too. I wish I would have taken his advice to purchase GAP insurance on the first vehicle, because it got totaled within the first 7 days of ownership. Needless to say, I took Omar's advice the second time through and purchased the GAP along with the extended warranty with my most recent purchase. The dealership is very nice and feels more comfortable that home with the amenities of the lounge area with massage chairs, multiple TVs, and a café with complimentary food and drink. Although those are very nice ancillary benefits, it is the nice team of people such as David, Kevin, and Omar that really make the dealership a great place! There was never a moment that I felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and I'm very grateful for that. With that being said, Jay Wolfe Toyota has earned my present and future business as well as referrals!!! More
