Gary Panus worked with me on the phone to give me the best deal that made it worth the trip. We spoke on Friday and I was on a plane Saturday. They picked me up at the airport and had all of the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. Their bistro is great and I got a free lunch while I waited for the financing department. The sales team and financing team were great to work with, I just hate that they're dealership isn't near me because I would love to continue my business with them! More

service mgr uncaring The service Mgr (Bill) was way to busy to take care of me. I finally went to someone else. Said I would be finished at 9:45. No problem. At 10:00 I went outside and my vechile was finished. I went back inside again the Guy was to busy to attend to me.. (I never spoke with him) , He said I have to wait, while on the phone. By then I'm getting agitated and finally a lady came and checked me out. That was at 10:07. He told the lady not to close me out. The lady said it was the car wash that held things up???? The guy (Bill) was overwhelmed. All the other service advisors where not busy only him....Is he hogging all the business??? My last experience with Danny was not like this. I was quite aggervated. I felt I was given the runaround! More
