Friendly, honest, efficient Took car in for oil change and safety inspection. Everyone is so nice and professional. Overpriced and incomplete service I had to spend $571 on fluids that were not indicated in the 50,000 mile recommend book for servicing my camry hybrid. My receipt indicated that they I had to spend $571 on fluids that were not indicated in the 50,000 mile recommend book for servicing my camry hybrid. My receipt indicated that they gave me a complimentary alignment check and would advise of the results. Since this did not happen, I called the advisor back, who also tried to sell me an alignment and a tire rotation even before the car was looked at. I had been having absolutely no problems with the car. I informed her that I could get the tire rotation free at Sams where they were purchased and to hold off on doing the alignment. (I can get this if I need it, much cheaper elsewhere.).I have gone to Lou Fusz for 20 years and they never pushed 4 extra fluid charges (none of these was an oil change), at me!! I was told when I called back regarding the alignment check and results not given, she said that I could bring it back in and they would do it, something that they should have done the first time. I also received three calls within an hour the day of the service from girls asking if I had the service done and how it was. Your left hand does not know what the right hand is doing! Why three calls as one would have been sufficient. I gave the first one all of the info that she asked, then the next two called asking the same info. More

Kind, patient, and helpful staff I recently was in a hit and run accident which resulted in my car being totaled out. I've had my eye on the prius for a few years and went in to test I recently was in a hit and run accident which resulted in my car being totaled out. I've had my eye on the prius for a few years and went in to test drive a used 2015 Prius C they had for sale. After the test drive and explaining my circumstances, Roman was incredibly helpful explaining several options to me. Since I'm still in the process of waiting for a check to come in, I decided to hold for a few days but will definitely be returning. Also- FJ has been wonderfully helpful providing information to my dad who lives out of state- you all go the extra mile, for sure. Thanks so much! More

Such a pleasant way to end the day. I needed to change the time, it was done quickly. I arrived early and the car was taken in for service. While we snacked and chatted in the lounge the I needed to change the time, it was done quickly. I arrived early and the car was taken in for service.
