Great Visits! First appointment: Because of my limited funds, I had to make two visits (April and May). I had an appointment in April for the repair work. Second appointment: When I arrived, I could see it was a hectic Friday for the entire staff. Pam was multi-tasking. Pam exhibited compassion and understanding. Although I did not have an appointment, she made me feel welcomed. A female understands another female (with all of my responsibilities and errands to run - I can only do so much in a day's time). She did not rush me. Pam is so professional. She explained in detail what repairs were needed on my car. The waiting time was minimal. The waiting area has very good regular coffee. More

Disorganized The person that made the appointment by phone gave me incorrect information about the length of time my service would take. The service representative left and no one took over my service information. 2 1/2 hours later I checked on my car and no one knew anything. Finally, my car was brought to me and then the charges were wrong. I am still unsure what was done and how much I should have paid. More

The Bill! When I made my appointment, I asked if I needed any other work. I was told "just the oil change" was all I needed, but my bill ended up at almost $7 When I made my appointment, I asked if I needed any other work. I was told "just the oil change" was all I needed, but my bill ended up at almost $700. Maybe the person making the appointment should have transferred me to someone who could take a quick look at my account. I am happy with my car and the service rep, Pam, does a great job. More
