Not super speedy, but pleasant customer lounge Had the 7am appointment, I got there early, and was first in line. This wasn't slow, but wasn't speedy either, however this was my first servicing of my Prius V, it's hard to gauge. The costumer lounge was nice, I enjoyed a complimentary toasted bagel w/ cream cheese and hot tea, was able to get to work in plenty of time. This was my first toyotacare appointment at 5K miles, so it was all complementary. I'll come back again. More
