Unexpected, refreshing, Should be a model No one rushed us as we got out of the car. We were approached with a hello, a smile, and an introduction on both visits. My 20 year old daughter was buying her first car and all conversation started with her, no third person talking to mom and dad. She needed to feel important and was. Next visit was with Robert as Jason was getting married. Congrats Jason. Same service. My daughter was the focus. We never felt pressured or got the line "what is it going to take to get you in a new car today." My daughter loves her new Camry. Management should be proud of Jason and Robert. One more thing, all of your staff made eye contact and greeted us if they were not with someone else. You can't teach customer service like that. Jason is what brought us back and Robert picking up where he left off is why we purchased from Jay Wolfe. 5 star service. More
Treated with respect. We were treated with respect, the negotiated price was where we thought it would be. The sales person was terrific, did not pressure us. Jay Wolfe has to remember that it costs money to get customers to come into the dealership. Also, these customers come the a dealership maybe once every 3 or more years to spend a lot of money which makes it a scary thing to do. The sales people, on the other hand negotiate and sell vehicles many times a day. Our experience exceeded expectations until we did the financing: the salesperson quoted 1.9% at the time of the sale but when we came to pick up the vehicle it was 3.5%. We fought with the finance guy and he finally found a local lend or 1.99% which was close enough. Next time we will get the financing rate in writing. We will come back to Jay Wolfe first when looking to buy a vehicle in the future. More
