The girl in the customer waiting area was very friendly and came around several times to see if I wanted anything. 3. Service manager came out to alert me when my car was almost ready, and again once it was waiting. Nice to have the advance warning. 4. While I came in for a 30,000 mile service, they also did a software update to address a problem I was having with my bluetooth. 5. Car wash was a nice and appreciated extra 6. The salesperson patiently helped me to identify a new vehicle that nicely meets my needs for a reasonable price. In retrospect I should not have agreed to buy a vehicle identified for sale in another state without complete written vehicle specifications in hand. The dealer required me to sign all purchase documents, turn over the title to my trade-in vehicle, and to issue a personal check for the full purchase price long before I could examine the subject vehicle. It all worked out okay in the end and I am happy with my purchase. My salesperson was excellent and I look forward to receiving vehicle service at this dealership. More
