A mistake was made that when the vehicle was purchased by me, someone forgot to put the tools in the truck. After speaking with Scot Dickherber, he quickly sent the tools I need to the Toyota dealership closest to my house when he could have asked me to go 20 miles to the dealership where he works to pick them up. I recently purchased new tires and two sensors broke. Again, Scot quickly let me have an appointment to have those fixed. Scot notified me as soon as the repair was done and the vehicle was spotless when I picked it up! Because of Scot going out of his way to make my experience with the dealership a pleasant one and because he went out of his way to show me that he wanted me to be satisfied, I gave this review 5 stars and the employee a ten out of ten. More
