I was assured that every option was on the vehicle I purchased. However, when going through the vehicle's manual, I found that there were available options that are not on my vehicle. In particular, the Bird's Eye View Camera. I also wanted a remote starter, but that option is not yet available on my vehicle. More

To change a parking light bulb The service was excellent. What wasn't good was the fact that a significant portion of the front of the 2004 Rav4 required disassemby in order to free The service was excellent. What wasn't good was the fact that a significant portion of the front of the 2004 Rav4 required disassemby in order to free the passenger-side headlight assembly to move forward so that a human hand could then gain access the parking light socket located at the rear of the headlight housing. The design of this portion of the vehicle is an abomination where too many parts jammed behind the headlight make it a ridiculous task for changing a burned-out bulb. I have written a letter to Toyota management with a request that Toyota designers be better trained and pay more attention regarding maintainability of the vehicle. I prefer functionality vs. style changes for the sake of making something different from one model year to the next. Bottom line is that I should not have to pay a Toyota mechanic to disassemble half of the front of the vehicle (and requiring two special tools) in order to perform what should be a simple task to change a burned-out light bulb. More

Chad Cossey welcomed me as soon as I walked into the service area and got my car going right away. He then took me into the Bistro where I had an iced tea, hotdog and chips! Once I finished dinner I got to relax in one of those amazing massage chairs. The only down side to the entire process was that the oil change didn’t take long enough! I could have spent hours in that chair!!!! Your dealership certainly knows what customer service is all about. From buying the car there to bringing it in for the first oil change, my experience has been phenomenal . . . . just the best! My son and daughter-in-law drive a beautiful Toyota van with all the bells and whistles, they’re moving back here from Columbus, Ohio, and you can be certain that I’ll recommend they deal with only Jay Wolfe! Thank you so much for a terrific experience for something I’ve never looked forward to in the past – an oil change! Can’t wait for my next one! More
