Brandon has been our service advisor for the past few years and he ensures our vehicle is handled with care and realizes that keeping our car in tip top shape is very important to us. It is always a wonderful surprise to walk up to my car that has been recently maintained - and for it to have been washed and prepared for us to leave without incident. Another fantastic perk is the café/bistro. Really transforms the entire experience from potentially unpleasant and a pain to a treat (no pun intended). The shuttle service allows me to take care of my vehicle's required maintenance needs and still have an unaffected work day. I definitely appreciate this - and the drivers are always very nice/normal :) Thank you Toyota & Brandon!
