Excellent Customer service I went in to other dealerships and they all spoke to me like a car salesmen just tuning out everything I had to say and tried to put me in a car that I went in to other dealerships and they all spoke to me like a car salesmen just tuning out everything I had to say and tried to put me in a car that I didn't want. Well I was referred to this dealership to speak to a man name August Recker. I went in their thinking things were not going to work out for I had a trade in that didn't look to good. August is very professional, and not your average car sales man. He is real and down to earth with excellent customer service. He actually listened to me and was realistic about my situation in getting a car. He was prompt on answering a 1000 questions my mother and I had for him. August Recker and his team worked very hard, and got me into a car that I wanted. Robbie in the financial department also had excellent customer service, listened, and was realistic. August and Robbie even helped me figure out exactly what my sales tax is going to be and even helped answered questions for my mother about her's and she is from another state. What dealership takes their time to do that? Over all August Recker is Awesome, and so is the rest of the staff there. Everyone is polite always checking on you if you are hungry or thirsty. They have a little area inside for customers to relax and eat real food it was just wonderful!!! They really make you feel special and at home. I'm very happy with my experience and the car I purchased. Jay Wolfe Toyota of west county is definitely the place to buy a car. More
