Discrimination at the Service Desk When I took my car in for a recall, everything went well, the service was fast and employees very friendly and helpful. After they finished the work, When I took my car in for a recall, everything went well, the service was fast and employees very friendly and helpful. After they finished the work, they told me (a female college student) there were several things wrong with my vehicle and the cost to fix them would total to about $2000. Since they were so friendly, I trusted them, but my dad suggested I get a second opinion. Luckily I did, because the other mechanic said there was nothing wrong at all, and I had nothing to worry about. If you decide you come in for service, please get a second opinion, it could save you $2000. Or you could save yourself some time and just go somewhere else. More

Too expensive I think over $200 to change the oil and a couple of air filters is outrageous. Based on the bill it looks like they are unable to change the air filt I think over $200 to change the oil and a couple of air filters is outrageous. Based on the bill it looks like they are unable to change the air filters while changing the oil. Either that or I have been double billed for the time. Either way I will find somewhere else for my routine maintenance. Also the fan for the cabin is now making an audible sound at low speed, sounds like it is running against something. It did not so that before they changed the cabin air filter. And, finally for aa $200 maintenance visit they couldn't even wash my vehicle. They only bright part of the entire visit was the helpfulness of the ladies in the bistro. More
