Big plus for their service and my car ran excellently for almost 4 months! I wrote this in the beginning of October and got my car fixed by the end of June. More

Opinion changed Maurice is EXCELLENT I had a bad experiance in the past and was reluctant to go back. The salesman, Maurice did the right thing. He acknowledged their struggles in the past and stated it was his, "mission to change my perception and create a positve experience". Maurice was personable, respectful, , prompt, polite and most importantly: knowledgeable. He knew service intervals, car history, specifications, towing capacities etc. I consider myself a well researched car geek and was impressed with his knowledge of features options, towing capacities, horsepower and tourque as well as the infotainment system. By the end of the sale I felt like Maurice was advocating for me for the best possible price with his manager during the negotiation phase and I was not haggleing with him. I received a fair deal. I felt (and researched) that I received the appropriate amount for my trade and the best deal the dealership could give me on a fantastic, hard to find vehicle. I was impressed with every step of the transaction, was served dinner in the lunge, received a full tank of gas and was not pressured in anyway shape or form during the entire process. I brought my 72 year old mother with me and Maurice was respectful and attentive to her which is impressive and just good form. Nice job Jay Wolfe. More

VIP. Car wash I brought my Highlander in for a VIP car wash. The service person came to the car right away & it went off for its wash. The car was clean in about 4 I brought my Highlander in for a VIP car wash. The service person came to the car right away & it went off for its wash. The car was clean in about 40 minutes, they did a good job, & brought it in the service bay for me to drive home. More
