I will ask for Bill again when I need service or have questions, He is fast and efficient but with a personal touch. I might add that I live within walking distance of another Toyota dealership, but keep going back to Wolfe. More
Fabulours! We brought our 2015 Prius in for its first oil change. Filter, oil change, tire rotation and car wash plus the complete multi point inspection (reco We brought our 2015 Prius in for its first oil change. Filter, oil change, tire rotation and car wash plus the complete multi point inspection (recommended in the maintenance guide) completed within an hour, We couldn't ask for anything more. But the bistro topped it with a delicious panini sandwich and drink while we waited. We were pampered and we really like our Prius. Thanks to all in the service dept - Bill Bennett, John Rinderer, and probably others. We will see you after we reach 15000 miles. More
Great service on phone or in person Had dash lights (3) come on. Was due at a doctors appt. service person ask direct clear questions. Said ok to go on to dr and come by on way home. Friendly and Courteous First of all I could not believe that Toyota was replacing the dash board on my 11 year old 4Runner with 263000 miles. There was a slight crack along First of all I could not believe that Toyota was replacing the dash board on my 11 year old 4Runner with 263000 miles. There was a slight crack along the edge that only the driver could see, but after Mark looked at it he said they would order one and call when they receive it. It was replaced yesterday and since the 4Runner still runs great, I guess I'm good for another few years. Thanks Mark for your friendly and excellent service and Jason for standing guard on my new dashboard.(inside joke) More
