When I arrived I was told the service would take two to two and one-half hours. When I had been there three hours and had not heard anything, I went to the service desk to inquire how munch longer it would be. One man told me it was going to the car wash and would be out shortly, but another man said they were not quite finished and it would be about twenty more minutes. An hour and ten minutes later a man came to me and said it was ready. I went to finish the paper work and pay and then was told it was still in the car wash. A two hour wait turned into a four hour and twenty minute wait. Although the customer service area is the nicest I have ever seen, it is in the middle of a very high traffic area. There was a constant flow of service reps and sales reps walking through. More

By the time I finished the paperwork the car was already taken by a technician. The service was done in less than 45 minutes and my truck was returned perfectly clean. This was my first experience with the service department and was extremely impressed. More

Never a bad experience I always have a stellar experience at Jay Wolfe Service Center. My Camry Hybrid is 8 years old and needed new headlights. And the staff was super courteous as always. My only complaint is I have never been able to book my appointment using their on-line system.
