When I arrived home I read the report which said I needed an alignment and my tires rotated due to uneven tread wear. I think the service technician should have mentioned this to me. Sometimes I don't look at the reports. I could have scheduled an appointment for same while I was there. But I still consider the overall experience a 5. More

A very competitive price advertised online and prompt and courteous e-mail and phone contacts made a favorable first impression. More importantly, when I visited their showroom, I had the most pleasant and rewarding car-buying experience ever! Josh Stoeckel was friendly and very helpful. He provided me with exactly the right amount of information about available cars and services offered by the dealership, conducted the price negotiations in a friendly, hassle-free manner, and ultimately gave me the best overall deal on a new Corolla with my 12-year old Camry trade-in. What's more, he did not pressure me into accepting his offer on the spot, but gave me a couple of days to think it over. As a result, when I visited the Jay Wolfe dealership the second time, I was 100% certain that I have made the right decision. Thank you, Josh! More

Telephone center I received the email suggesting it was time for the regular service. I called the 636 number on the email which apparently goes to a call center. I indicated to the person that I needed to schedule a service appointment and in conjunction with the service appointment I need to have a recall issue taken care of at the same time. (speaker in trunk). The person indicated that I would need to schedule another appointment when I brought the car in for the recall notice. I then called the 800 number, asked for the service department and was connected to a service advisor who scheduled the recall issue to be done at the time of the regular service. I understand that the call center concept is a time saver for the service advisors. They should be trained to forward the call to a service advisor if the customers requests something they cannot handle. When I arrived at the dealer Ron Allmeyer was the service advisor and he was excellent and knowledgeable. I took one of his business cards so that next time I need service I have a name to call. More

Purchasing new car Heidi was the internet person I spoke to first. She was very professional and friendly in setting up a visit. When I came in Heidi introduced me to Sean Massey and said he would take care of me. He did more than that. The next few hours was the most pleasant car shopping I have ever have. He new the answer to every question I had, never rushed us, and most importantly had a personality which is sorely missing in most sales persons. The negotiations went smoothly without the feeling you were painfully having teeth removed. When we went to the financing part, it was the same thing with Tyler Stevens. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and once again had a personality. In other car purchases I have had this part was like the paper work at a mortuary. As I told everyone there, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It's hard to believe that it was actually a fun experience. You will not go wrong by going to Jay Wolfe Toyota to buy your next car. More
