After some research on the Internet and several car magazines, I had convinced myself I would purchase the XLE model, but after working with Matt, he convinced me to purchase the Limited model which I did. Fast and complete. I went into the service area and was greeted by a tech. He confirmed my appointment, did some paperwork, showed me where the coffee and waiting area I went into the service area and was greeted by a tech. He confirmed my appointment, did some paperwork, showed me where the coffee and waiting area were. One hour later he came to the waiting area to get me. He explained some answers to questions I had and showed me where the car was waiting. The car had been washed , vacuumed and serviced. During my wait I had coffee and bagel with cream cheese. I read the sports page, watched a little news and solved the suduko. The rest of the day was waiting for me. More

My only minor complaint is that no one explained to me how much I was going to be charged for a rental vehicle (I could have taken your shuttle for six hours billing work; I live 1 1/2 miles away.) I assumed that the dealership was providing me with a loaner/demo (Getting ready to buy a new car?) for a few hours. I have also noticed that the dealership now charges for the "environmental" disposal of old parts (struts.) I have never seen this line item before at any other dealerships or shops where i have had work done. More
