I had my usual oil change; fix leak in tire; tire rotation; tire balance; and replace cabin filter. I looked up the cost of the filter online and is was 1/4 of the cost charged at the dealership. Mark did all that he could to help me with the expense. He went above and beyond to accomodate me and make sure I was taken care of. Although the service was more expensive than I had planned for, because of Mark and his execellent service, I will return. More

Helpful The sales process was fine - met all my needs. My salesperson was helpful - he gave exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions. However, once we picked the vehicle we had to wait forever for the business/finance manager to finalize the paperwork. The dealership closed at 9:00pm. We did not meet with the person to do the paperwork until almost 10:00pm and then were rushed through everything because it was so late. That was disappointing. More

MY NEW SCION tC Ever walk into a car dealership and feel like Royalty? Neither did we until we visited Jay Wolfe Toyota/Scion. (And, no I do not work for them ... no Ever walk into a car dealership and feel like Royalty? Neither did we until we visited Jay Wolfe Toyota/Scion. (And, no I do not work for them ... nor do I know anyone who does). In fact, until exactly a week ago today, I didn't know they existed. Wife and I have spent a month shopping for a new car. Last Saturday on our way home we drove by Wolfe Toyota. Near closing and we had been looking at Scions so we drove around back and found some 20 plus rows of new cars. We drove up and down the aisles and an orange and black 2-tone Scion tC really caught my eye. Called the following Monday and spoke with a Brittany. Scheduled a test drive for that afternoon. Between 2 test drives and four hours of Brittany's time, I was still a bit undecided. Through all of this Brittany was incredibly professional, polite and friendly. Never a second of the "hard sell." Went home to think about it. Wednesday morning Brittany called us to see what it would take to get us into the tC. We talked a bit and made arrangements to meet her that afternoon. We got there early and discovered a waiting room for customers with a fully functioning bistro with a breakfast and lunch menu! We had turkey paninis for lunch ... good enough to order at a restaurant. Brittany had the paperwork ready. After the signatures we did a "walk-around" and found a few blemishes. We had soft drinks in the bistro while waiting and are now the very happy owners of a Scion tC Edition 9.0 (number 1,747 out of 2,000). From the first time we walked through the door to the last time we walked out, we were made to feel like we were the most important people in that building. Absolutely the single most enjoyable auto buying experience of my life. Given the longevity of Toyota's (and by association, Scions), my wife and are customers of Jay Wolfe Toyota and Brittany Noss for life. More
