I am most often helped by Mark Hurt, but everyone I have encountered has been great. The prices have been comparable to repairs elsewhere, but the service here is just simply better. The waiting area is terrific and the staff attentive. They explain any and all repairs to me in detail, let me decide without pressure and even on the occasion something has taken longer they have kept me informed the whole time. I have a 2004 Rav4 with nearly 200k miles on it and my husband leases a car from this dealership. Both of us are completely happy with the service here every time. More

New resonator in the exhaust system, new dashboard (recall), seals for the oil (also part of a recall), and a new water pump. Jay Wolfe Toyota was great about working with us so we could get all this done at one time, saying that they would have to pull the engine to do the repairs on the oil thing, so how about waiting until then to do the water pump. They also suggested what other things we could take care of while the engine was out, which saved us hundreds on labor!! As far as we can tell so far - and we just got it back yesterday - it drives like a dream again! I am so glad a friend of ours told us about Jay Wolfe Toyota. We work with Pam, and it is so nice to see the same person every time we take the car in. jay Wolfe Toyota does things in such a different, but intelligent way, and they take good, competent care of our car!! More
