Good experience, just took a little longer than we thought Billy the sales person was great. Mike the sales mgr was great. The Finance guy was great. Just need to find a way to reduce the overall time it takes to get into the Finance Mgr's office, get the paperwork filled out, get keys in hand. Suggestion - find a way to prequalify customers in advance and store their preferences (credit rating, apr rate they qualify for, lease vs loan, extended warranties, etc...). Shorten the time in the dealership and the overall customer experience rating would change from a four star to a five star. Victor Sandhage More

Great experience Our salesperson, Rusty Buschmann waso outstanding. He listened very carefully to what we wanted and then searched to find the right car. The search took 40 days but Rusty kept us informed thru out this time. He also did a great job delivering the car, explaining all the features and equipment.
