My Camry was finished in record time! Ron Allmeyer was my service representative. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. He explained what was going to be done and said he hoped to have Ron Allmeyer was my service representative. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. He explained what was going to be done and said he hoped to have my vehicle back to me by Wednesday--or Thursday at the very latest. He called me Monday afternoon and suggested that I have some additional work done on the Camry and I accepted his suggestion after he explained the reasons. Surprisingly, he called me on Tuesday at noon to say the Camry was ready to be picked up! Overall, the experience was stress free and efficient. More

Outstanding Customer Service The key difference between Jay Wolfe and other dealers is the emphasize on customer service. Brittany Nott was my salesperson and she was fantastic. Answered every question I had, and I had a lot of them. She even took time on her day off to respond to my email inquiries. Everything she promised, she delivered. I got a great deal on an amazing car. Sal took me on a test drive and he was very helpful as well. The finance department was very thorough even though it took quite a long time to get through the process. But, this is almost always the case at any dealer. Tyler Stevens was helping train Luke Long and they were enjoyable to work with. They both did their job well and while I didn't buy an extended warranty, they explained the warranty choices and weren't overly pushy about. The Bistro made the wait quite pleasant and I had a tasty pannini while waiting. The Floor Manager, don't recall his name, was also very pleasant and helpful. Even the young woman at the information desk, Madi (Madison) was very nice and I spent some time talking to her while I waited for the finance department to prepare the paperwork. But, the real start was Brittany Nott. She worked with me to get a fair price and provided me with everything I asked for, both via email, on the phone and in person. She is one of the best salespeople I've ever dealt with. I live just down the street from Lou Fusz Toyota and used to buy my new Toyotas from them but I bought my wife a Highlander from Jay Wolfe back in 2011 and the experience was so good I decided to give them a shot when I was ready to buy my car. They are now my Toyota dealer. Lou Fusz just can't compete for service, selection and price. More
