Service good--warranty for battery slightly dissappointing My point of contact, Brandon Pocost was great. I was disappointed that my Toyota battery that went "bad" after less than 2 years cost me another $80. My point of contact, Brandon Pocost was great. I was disappointed that my Toyota battery that went "bad" after less than 2 years cost me another $80.00, apparently under warranty means they split the cost of the replacement 50/50 which doesn't seem like much of a warranty when I could get a battery from Sam's for what I just paid in my 1/2 of this battery replacement. Nothing the "service department" can do about it in my opinion, a toyota parts and warranty issue and for $80.00 not worth any more of my time than that which I just gave here, still disappointing that warranty doesn't mean what one might thing it means. More

traveling out to to Wyoming, we stopped for a 10k oil change this was simply the best Toyota experience we have every had. I'm going to tell my local dealer in Bradenton/sarasota area they have to step up and ge this was simply the best Toyota experience we have every had.
