Amazing experience. My first contact was with Grace via the internet, and she was thorough and very pleasant. Steve, my sales person, was simply a delight to work with. He had Toyota knowledge and experience beyond his years. Bill, the finance person, was very straight forward, accommodating and quick, plus followed up with me just as promised. Both Steve and Bill stayed late to wrap up my purchase, and I never felt hurried or pressured - just wonderful guys and good at their jobs. Receptionist was welcoming and personable. Johnnie, the manager of this entire, amazing dealership even came out and met me and assured me that I would be well taken care of, and he certainly knew his staff would do so ...... overall, buying a car from Jay Wolfe Toyota was a pleasure. One last comment . . . . I was a little nervous about looking for a new car, since this was my first time doing so without my husband - I'm a widow. This causes a whole mess for me to fix with having to take car seats to firestation to get fixed on top of stuff behind my seat was damaged and broke. Family Friendly Experience My wife and I spent a lot of time researching new minivans on the internet and at various dealerships. We test drove a few at Newbold Toyota but they couldn't find the Sienna SE that we wanted to test drive. Edmunds.com found the Sienna SE so I called Jay Wolfe. Luckily Maurice Bembry answered the phone. He said he didn't have the SE we were looking for but he'd go get one on his day off so we could test it out, no strings attached. He didn't want any money from us to even go get the Sienna SE. Our experience was starting out pretty good with Maurice and Jay Wolfe. We arrived at Jay Wolfe and Maurice showed us the free Bistro, the van, and we took a test drive. We were in a time crunch since we left our kids at the sitter. Everyone was friendly and educational. We could have brought our kids. They have a wonderful playroom. Maurice gave us KBB.com value for our Honda CRV trade-in and gave use the Edmunds.com fair price quote for the new Sienna SE. The new Sienna has so many computer automated features that it took Maurice a while to explain everything to us. He was very patient when he had to explain some of the new things again to us. The dealership closed at 6pm but he stayed an extra 2 hours to make sure everything went well. Out of all the cars I've purchased this by far was the best experience. I'd say 95% of it was due to Maurice and how he treated my wife and I. Jay Wolfe does offer competitive car loan rates. We noticed that SCU.org and GMCU.org had competitive rates too. More
