Always the BEST! Mark continues to be THE BEST! We were having some strange issues with the locks on our Venza which made getting in and out of the car with a 16-month Mark continues to be THE BEST! I showed up without an appointment and he was able to work me into the schedule, figure out the problem, and get it solved all quite quickly. He made sure I knew what was going on (he always does) and took care of everything from beginning to end while keeping me in the loop. He's our "go to" with any questions and we trust his judgement with all issues on either of our Toyotas. More
