Waste of time Went there with a simple question. What new car do you have between this price range? After showing us three cars (a Corolla, and two Prius) we were r Went there with a simple question. What new car do you have between this price range? After showing us three cars (a Corolla, and two Prius) we were ready to leave since they didn't have nothing to offer to us. But This insistent salesman told us to wait for a couple of minutes (more like 10 minutes) the only reason that we waited was because we didn't wanted to leave like that.. oh boy how do i repent that. He came back saying that there were a Camry in our price range (we insisted in knowing the price but no, we had to see the car fist because you see, it takes you 10 minutes to get in love with a car or so he said), he took us to a funny "Find the car in the huge parking lot with a sunny 80 degrees day" game that we disliked really fast. After 10 minutes or so looking for the missing car we said that we were going inside, in our way back he appeared driving the car. Not a bad or ugly car, so we went inside to know the price, but no, first we would have to listen to all the features of that car and the warranty that toyota is so proud to offer. After another probably 10 minutes we had to raise our voice a little more to know the price to which our surprise was 3k over our price range.. we didn't know what to say since we had already lost 40 minutes or our time, when we asked if that price was inside our range he said "well no, but i thought it was" so he downed the price 1000 and told us that he would get us a better loan to cover that price. I mean.. was i looking for a car or a loan? then we realized that the "discount"was really hail damage that nobody mentioned (or were willing to anyway). When we asked to talk to the manager, he said that we wasted his time.. and we clearly saw when he spoke to the manager saying things about us. The manager wasn't any better neither, just heard what we had to say and that's is. not even an apology . So in the bottom line. Don't go to this Toyota dealer with your mind make, just go to waste a little time if you have nothing better to do since they are a box of surprises with nothing good on them. More
