Fast, comfortable I was able to pull my car into the garage right away and someone was there to greet me. I had an appointment reserved so i just had to give my name an I was able to pull my car into the garage right away and someone was there to greet me. I had an appointment reserved so i just had to give my name and they knew what to do. No 20 questions or try to sell me other service. The waiting room was spacious, comfortable, lots of natural light, and i enjoyed a soda on the house ;) More

The Service Advisor, Dennis, carefully listened to my issues and then they quickly took care of my car while I sat in the very comfortable bistro. They were almost apologetic when they had to tell me that there was a nail through my sidewall and that it couldn't be fixed, but they were most helpful in ordering the new tire and setting up the next appointment. Two days later, I was in and out in a flash! Oh yes, and both times I left with a clean car! It was awesome. Thanks guys! More

Our first Toyota, a Jay Wolf home run Jay Wolf is a top notch dealership. I've never been to a dealership with a bistro, we loved it. Maurice Bembry was our salesmen & was very knowledgab Jay Wolf is a top notch dealership. I've never been to a dealership with a bistro, we loved it. Maurice Bembry was our salesmen & was very knowledgable about the model we were interested in, the Prius. I have been following the hybrid technology for a few years now & grilled Maurice on the technology and was not able to stump him. Maurice was very honest & went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Maurice succeeded, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. When we run the wheels off this Prius we will look For Maurice for our next one. More

And the waiting area is full of comfortable, so much free food and drinks, I thought to myself that my next car should be Toyota again. A year ago, I tried to avoid this center because every time I came to change oil, I was told I need to change brake pads, or change tire, (although I knew it was not the time yet), and my car was idling for half of an hour nobody cared. Now , no more unnecessary pressure, no more idles at washing car. I wish this kind service should be spread to all Toyota center, or to every car service center in USA. More

Bought more car than anticipated but was great value Had a choice of vehicle models and were able to make purchase with best price due to our Sam's Club membership. We shopped another Toyota dealer and had a poor experience and decided to try the approach through our Club membership Also enjoyed the bistro for lunch and ease of the overall process from selection, financing to drive-away readiness of the vehicle.
