The office administrator who answered and transferred the call was pleasant, the person in parts (I had a question about a chip in my paint) was again...surprise, surprise...extremely helpful and educated me on a few different parts that I was inquiring about, complimentary tea/coffee/soda...they have a Cafe/Bistro if you are waiting for your car?!!! I literally have been to dealerships in TX, CA, and now Jay Wolfe who I can confidently say exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership (service at least) to anyone. When I buy my next Toyota, it will definitely be with Jay Wolfe. More

Epitomy of great customer service! I came in for an oil change and to inquire about a piece that had fallen off from underneath my car. Enjoyed my time in the lounge having lunch and e I came in for an oil change and to inquire about a piece that had fallen off from underneath my car. Enjoyed my time in the lounge having lunch and even though when Mark came in to get me stating my car was ready, it ended up being the wrong blue prius, the situation was resolved quickly. I was not ready to purchase the part for underneath my car, but he was able to give me the part number for me to try to find it online. This is only my second visit but I've walked away both times saying Wow, that is what you call great customer service! Wish my company could learn from yours. More
