It was great that Pam contacted me and with that call I was able to set up an appointment time I had a few recalls on my car that I kept putting off. It was great that Pam contacted me and with that call I was able to set up an appointment time and was given a complimentary loaner car for the day. Car was ready at time promised. had to come back for a complete fix Came in to get strange noises emanating from the engine compartment corrected. Was told that I needed a new water pump. On starting the car a second Came in to get strange noises emanating from the engine compartment corrected. Was told that I needed a new water pump. On starting the car a second time after I left the shop, the belt started squealing and I had to return 35 miles to get the repair completed by getting a new alternator. The problem was corrected as promptly as possible. I was not charged for a new belt because it was not damaged when I brought the car in the first time. I arrived before my 7 AM appointment but was not allowed to drive into the service bay. More

Waiting is a great experience This was the fourth regularly-scheduled maintenance stop for my 2014 Corolla. The staff and facility are spectacular. Waiting is a great experience with the full-service bistro, and the car was delivered as promised, earlier than expected, in spite of an abnormally large crowd. Unlike other places I've had service done over the years, I never dread taking my car in for service. Highly recommended. More
Sad employees Different experience, this time. I had to come back after my 5000 miles service due to a noise in one of my tires. ( It turned out to just be a hub Different experience, this time. I had to come back after my 5000 miles service due to a noise in one of my tires. ( It turned out to just be a hub cap that wasn't put on properly when they did the tire rotation). I explained the sounds to the service person and he didn't seem connected. No smile, no personal attention. (interpersonal skills). He told me to go in the waiting area and he would come and get me when they were finished. After they were finished, I started to talk to the rep next to him and then my service rep seemed to lighten up and become more friendly. Maybe an off day? More
