Annoyed. My car was ready 2 1/2 hours after the expected finish time. Always professional and kind Came in for my emissions testing & was early for my appointment. Still, they didn't make me wait, were professional and got it done quickly. First, the dealership is spotless and the waiting room is extremely comfortable and customer friendly. My first service experience was awesome. Kyle could not have been nicer or more professional. He wedged me in and got me out exactly when promised as I was waiting for my vehicle. Further, he set up an appointment for a recall and an alignment next week. It was a great start to my first 'Toyota' experience and if this fantastic visit is any indication this certainly won't be my last Toyota! More
