Not the Quality of Work I Expected Everyone was extremely friendly and I enjoyed being able to work in the Wifi lounge while my car was serviced. However, I can't help but to think that I was taken for $30. I brought my car in for an oil change and Safety/Emissions test. I brought it to Jay Wolfe because I thought the quality of service would be better than a smaller place. Both these services were completed satisfactory. I mentioned during check in that I was noticing low tire pressure in one of my tires and they said they would take a look and patch it up. It was reported as the back right tire, but it was actually the back left. At check out, I was told they were able to patch the tire. However, the low tire icon was still on. Why wasn't tire pressure checked to see why the light was still on? I figured they just didn't fill the tire up and put air in the tire on my own. However, a few days later, the low tire pressure light came back on. The issue had not been resolved. I believe that the wrong tire was patched (which did not have a hole), making me believe that something was done on a tire that didn't need to be done and I was charged for it. I do not have time to bring it back in, so my husband took care of the tire that actually needed patching. It's just disappointing that the quality wasn't there. I expect more from a place like Jay Wolfe and feel like they could have taken their time to figure out why the tire light was on and fix the problem, but instead didn't. More
