Everyone was very prompt and courteous. I was told that my service (oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection) would take from 1 hour to 1.5 hours and the estimate was correct at 1.5 hours. Th my service (oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection) would take from 1 hour to 1.5 hours and the estimate was correct at 1.5 hours. They performed a multi-point inspection but never saw the results. Maybe you don't see the results unless something is amiss. Since my vehicle is a 2019, I sure hope that nothing is wrong this soon into its life cycle. The waiting area is the best that I have ever been in so it is not very difficult to wait. More

We paid $90 to have the car checked out by your dealership; we were advised we needed new strut assemblies. I had this work done elsewhere by a VERY experienced mechanic due to the cost savings. When I brought the Corolla in last Saturday for an oil change/inspection, I mentioned to the service advisor (who had made the original diagnosis,) that the suspension noise was still there. He said I'd have to pay ANOTHER $90 fee to have the car checked out again. So, I acted on the advice I was given and the problem was not resolved after I spent $1,600; then I'm told there'd be another fee to do another diagnosis. I just don't feel that was fair. I believe your dealership should have offered to (again) thoroughly check out my daughter's car at no cost. More
