Not just an oil change The staff is great but EVERY time we bring our cars in for a simple oil change we are told we need the additional "recommended" services. Change this The staff is great but EVERY time we bring our cars in for a simple oil change we are told we need the additional "recommended" services. Change this fluid or that fluid...next thing you know you are being quoted service fees of $500!! My wife asked if they were on commission and Scot Dickherber told her yes. I was quoted $89 for "battery service" . I asked what that entailed and was told "we clean the battery terminals and put on gel pads" . I replied "well I can do that myself and by the way my battery doesn't have corrosion on it" the service tech replied "yes you can do it yourself." I ended up getting other fluids changed because I don't know if they are necessary or not. I am going to look for a mechanic I trust and start using them. I have a 2017 model year car that has 86,000 miles on it. When i was checking in the service writer said "buy you have a lot of miles on this car" . I responded "Yes I do, I bought it to drive it." Pam was great and not pushy at all but the overall feeling of always feeling like you are being up-sold is not fun. More

Maurice was great! We ended up buying our daughter the first car we drove. The whole process was quick and we feel like we got a great deal!
