Saved me $$ I miscalculated and made an appointment for an oil change before my car actually needed it. When I brought it in Walt Caswell pointed out to me that I miscalculated and made an appointment for an oil change before my car actually needed it. When I brought it in Walt Caswell pointed out to me that I actually had another 5,000 miles before I needed an oil change....thereby saving me the cost of the oil change. He also personally replaced a liscense plate bolt that I had been unable to get off (it was both braided and stuck) for no charge and then ran my car through the car wash (also no charge). Awesome service!! More
