Went in for 40,000 service and ended up having to get a repair done. Service rep gave me a rental to get errands done ( had a tight schedule that day) while the work was being done. Also took extra time t repair done. Service rep gave me a rental to get errands done ( had a tight schedule that day) while the work was being done. Our salesperson, Rob (not listed below) addressed all of these needs very quickly and efficiently, as well as my leased car needs to be able to purchase the Toyota I had in mind. Two days after my commitment, I asked to move the ownership date up to within 2 days, and was delighted that could happen. Overall, I was very impressed with the process, the efficiency, and the Wolfe plan to support buyers after a purchase. Despite the distance from my home (there's a closer Toyota dealer), I will most likely have services performed at this dealership, due to the excellent post sales plan support as well as the welcoming environment. Tom explained the repair that will be needed, which was most helpful. More
I’ve never purchased a vehicle from this dealer but they have serviced my Toyota since new. In 10 plus years of service visits the Service Department has been exceptional.
