The water pipe broke on Sat afternoon and we had a hard time getting a plumber to come in that day, so we had to shut the water off for the rest of the afternoon. I have been here for about 14 years and this is the first time we encounter an issue that wasn't fixed immediately. We are however glad to hear that you were impressed with the services provided.
