Car Maintenance Service Honesty - A Breath of Fresh Air!! I took my 2017 Camry in for its 35,000 routine maintenance service. My service advisor, Andrew Duncan, was outstanding. He immediately asked my if I I took my 2017 Camry in for its 35,000 routine maintenance service. My service advisor, Andrew Duncan, was outstanding. He immediately asked my if I had bought the vehicle at this dealership (which we had) and verified in the records that we had purchased the Jay Wolfe Driver Plus Complimentary & Optional Maintenance Agreement with our vehicle. After reviewing our vehicle service records, he advised that the 35,000 mile servicing would cover all of the scheduled services on our vehicle, but would advise if they found anything requiring our attention. I mentioned that at my 30K service, I was told that the tire tread depth was starting to get lower and might need attention in the future, and Andrew said he'd have them checked out. When servicing was through, there was no charge - nothing was found that required attention. When I asked about the tires, Andrew said we were good - we had 40% fire tread left, and they would check them, again, at the next 5K service interval. I really appreciated Andrew's friendliness and honesty - he never tried to sell me any other "optional" maintenance services. Also, although I was thinking I might need to buy a set of new tires for the car based on the last service appointment, Andrew assured me all was well with the tires. This is the kind of honesty which will keep me coming back to this dealership for my car servicing, and I will make sure I specifically request for Andrew on my next appointment. Good employees are hard to find - I sincerely hope Jay Wolfe keeps Andrew for a long time! More

This was my second time buying from Maurice Bembry and he was the reason I came back. He helped me find the perfect car in my price range that has the features I needed. On more than one occasion when I call to make an appointment I ask to be placed with my service advisor I know and trust.
