Expediency and friendliness As is normal, as soon as I entered the service center, I was addressed quickly and told that it would be a couple/few minutes ( the joint was jumpin' As is normal, as soon as I entered the service center, I was addressed quickly and told that it would be a couple/few minutes ( the joint was jumpin' as they expression goes. However, I was called to the counter in only a couple of minutes and asked how i could be helped. ( I have forgotten my attendant's name, and thus, I am ,again ,forgetful as xxxx - even have to think awhile when asked my date of birth!) ) He knew what I needed in no time - no matter how I screwed up in the explanation ( I also become tongue tied every once in a while.! ) Now, I the food canteen, I could not even get thru a TV program, or, take a slight siesta before I had to go to the counter and settle -up; and, was informed that every aspect of my 4-RUNNER was '' all green light''! ) xxxx, I wish I could remember the service counterman's name...He was polite, astute and humorous. We purchased 2, new Toyotas in less than 1 year from Jay Wolfe and our experiences have been great - from sales ( both from Jim, and, again, I can't remember his surname but can vividly picture him and highly recommend him to all perspective buyers! ) to post sales care. Thank you very much for your dealership's hard work. Very refreshing to be reminded that all IS NOT LOST - that there still are some businesses out ther which actually do care about their customers - a novelty these days! Whoa..., I looked at the bottom of this page and saw the name of the sales rep....; i.e. Jim BIschoff., but still can't come up with that great counterman's name - but, I bet you could obtain it from the work sheet - Of course, the bride has ours but filed it where I can't locate it!.
