Good waiting room, fine customer service Although waiting for a car to be serviced is never at the top of my list of favorite activities, the room where Jay Wolfe customers sit is comfortable Although waiting for a car to be serviced is never at the top of my list of favorite activities, the room where Jay Wolfe customers sit is comfortable, the TVs are quiet enough to allow for reading or other pastimes, and there is free food. Walt is an exceptionally competent customer service rep. His willingness to share information and his ability to make the customer feel comfortable made the experience pleasantly memorable. He went out of his way to make sure I had all my questions clearly answered, and apparently he also went out to the mechanics to check on the rattling noise I had mentioned. The only difficulty is how many dollars I ended up spending. More

Quick and easy I called and talked to Maurice over the phone. He answered questions and sent videos of the car I was looking at. We were able to negotiate online I called and talked to Maurice over the phone. He answered questions and sent videos of the car I was looking at. We were able to negotiate online and after a small problem (not his fault) he was able to get the deal back together at the purchase price I wanted and under my own financing. We made the decision to purchase then drove in from out of town the same day and Maurice had everything ready. The finance person was quick too and explained any questions I had. I even met the owner and he was nice and friendly too. It was a great overall experience. More
