I visited Jay Wolfe Toyota West County for routine maintenance, oil change and lube. At start of visit I was advised my car was out of alignment; I agreed to add this service on. Even with the added service, my car was complete within the time Billy said it would be ready. I would highly recommend Billy and Jay Wolfe Toyota West County St Louis! More
A little frustrated Took my RAV4 in for a noise in the front end in late Dec 2018. I suspected a wheel bearing and told the advisor that. Sold me on having cupped tire Took my RAV4 in for a noise in the front end in late Dec 2018. I suspected a wheel bearing and told the advisor that. Sold me on having cupped tires, then needed an alignment and tires rotated and balanced. Said to wait a few thousand miles for the tires to wear. I though it was nonsense but was in no position to argue. 11,000 miles later I bought new tires, and guess what, the exact same noise was there. Took it back and begged someone to take a ride with me so I knew that they heard the same noise. It was a bad wheel bearing, like I thought 11,000 miles ago. I didn't push the issue, but others have said that I should have demanded my money back for the first service. I know there are flow charts to diagnose issues, but sometimes good old fashioned trouble shooting, combined with customer input can't be charted out. I think Dan was the 2nd advisor and have no issues with his service, none with the first guy either, just wish issue was resolved the first time. More

Karim was extremely attentive and is 100% the reason I was able to leave Jay Wolfe with a new vehicle. Emily Lewellen and Chelsea Blaylock helped me early on in the Tacoma search to find a time during my hectic schedule that I could make it to the showroom. And Mike Wania walked me through every bit of the financing to ensure that I know exactly what my new vehicle will cost and what the return on my investment will be. I will also say that the atmosphere in the dealership is extremely peaceful and I saw no signs of stress from either the customers or staff members. Concern about tire pressure check at time of car purchase My tire pressure was 47 on three tires as the other one was repaired due to a nail in it and pressure was then put to correct pressure. However..... My tire pressure was 47 on three tires as the other one was repaired due to a nail in it and pressure was then put to correct pressure. However.......when I purchased the car in February 2019 the pressure on ALL tires was 47..........NOT GOOD. Even when the nail tire was repaired...........why wasn't the other tires checked???? The standard operating procedure should be to check tire pressure. The car was riding rough, very rough. Given the six month service on a new car was the only reason this issue was corrected. Again NOT GOOD. This means the 3,000 miles on tires with huge pressure will lose tread and they will not last as long as they should. Disappointed that this was not corrected back in Feb. Again change the SOP on giving a new car out. Thanks, Rick Heyer More

I had been thinking of getting a Toyota 4Runner for my next vehicle, due to a new business venture. I just hadn't planned on buying one in 2019! Gary Panus helped me shop for the 4Runner I wanted (I already knew exactly what I wanted but we had to find one off site). He was extremely courteous, expedient in communicating, and made sure I had what I needed. He also helped me add some additional discounts to my purchase along with the trade in for the Prius. He listened to me and paid attention to what I was asking for, and made me feel like a valued customer. Jason Theis was the finance person who assisted me in completing the sale, and he was great. He gave me a ton of information and options in warranties and financing. I brought a lot of my own research to the table including financing and warranty offers from another banking institution, and he not only met but beat their offer. I was truly amazed. Plus the extended warranty and bonus maintenance I am receiving are incredible. Overall, I am thrilled with my new car, and the experience at Jay Wolfe was a huge part of that thanks to their high-caliber staff. I am so grateful for that. I have done business with Jay Wolfe for 5 years, which included all of the service for my 2010 Prius, and my go-to service rep was Pam Oakes. There is a reason I keep coming back!! You can be sure that I will be returning to Jay Wolfe Toyota as long as I am in St. Louis, Missouri!! I hope that the next Toyota service center in Washington State will match my expectations!! My standards are pretty high after what I've come to expect here in West County. :) More
