Jim, First of all, congratulations on your purchase and we are glad that you enjoyed working with Kris and Mike in the sales dept. We do want to apologize for the delay at the end of the month. We were so busy that day and we delivered at least 32 cars which was a record for one day. We were actually overstaffed for the finance dept with all 4 Finance Managers, whereas on a typical day, it would be two or three of them. Everyone in the sales dept that day, including all managers, worked almost 15 hours, so we felt the need last minute to get them something to eat. But I can assure you, every one of them worked very hard that day and were exhausted, so if they sat down for few minutes to eat a bite while their customers were finishing up with finance, it wasn’t for long since they had to deliver the vehicles to their customers before they left. I know our managing partner was also walking around in the bistro offering water and snacks to some customers which is typically open till 4 or 5 daily and offers complimentary food and beverages to all clients. Our attention to what our guests want is one of the reasons that we have received several prestigious awards, such as the JD Powers Dealership of Excellence Award.
