We bought a new Highlander and we're pleased with the vehicle. Sales manager Mike Bozzi was also very attentive and helpful - he had introduced me to Kris on an earlier visit. The experience with the finance department was another story. They were backed up for a couple of hours (it was the last day of the month). I hadn't had dinner and I didn't get out of Jay Wolfe until after 9PM. I was grateful that Kris kept me informed what was happening throughout (i.e. where I was in line and such and he went back to hurry them along about three times). Kris was truly empathetic which was greatly appreciated. My question for Wolfe is this: Knowing that it's the last day of the month, why didn't they bring in a couple more finance folks? The long wait, really took the shine off my total experience which went from great to get me out of here. It was also frustrating to see 8-10 Jay Wolfe employees apparently sitting around doing nothing- many eating pizza - and about 10 people, like me, just wating for the finance folks to hurry up. We were in the lounge watching the Cards, so it could have been a lot worse. When I finally got in to talk to finance at 9PM, (I have a 801 credit rating BTW), they were empathetic and appologetic and that process only took about 10 minutes. Recommendation #2, Wolfe should have ordered another pizza or two for all the customers who still waiting. More

Emissions test on my 2015 Sienna I don't trust places like Jiffy Lube, so I brought the car to the dealer for its emissions inspection.
