We do apologize in advance for any lack of communication from any department. Our staff are highly trained to recognize and meet the needs of our guests, including Maurice who attempted to help you with your auto start and how it functions. After your interaction, I met with the two people who witnessed what took place during his explanation and they both reported that Maurice didn’t act in a bad manner. Maurice has been with us for over 7 years and he is by far the most liked salesman we have with an excellent record! It is my understanding that you asked him to step away and for him to stop assisting you–he chose to stay until a manager came in to help you, so there was no intention of disrespect on his end. We treat our employees and customers with respect–this is the reason that we have received the JD Powers Dealership of Excellence Award, as well as business of the year award.
