Maurice is the rudest person I have ever encountered I don't care how long he's been there, or what he calls himself, or how many stars are on his listings, he was exceptionally rude to me as a customer I don't care how long he's been there, or what he calls himself, or how many stars are on his listings, he was exceptionally rude to me as a customer that spent $35,000 at their dealership, and he should be FIRED! I have never, ever, been treated with such disrespect as he showed me last night. He was challenging, cocky, and antagonizing even after I asked to talk to a manager. I've read reviews from people who purposely trash a business or person for no reason, and this is not that case. It was a personal experience that both Jay Wolfe and Toyota should act upon. He was not our salesperson; I was in there asking about a problem with my car feature. More
Great experience from initial call to picking the car up. I called to get an appointment for recall work. service The only troublesome part of the service experience is the initial assignment to a service contact. It seems like every time that I go in for service The only troublesome part of the service experience is the initial assignment to a service contact. It seems like every time that I go in for service, I have to be handed off to some other advisor instead of having the first advisor take care of me. Another time waster is the quick removal of vehicles from the service entry bay before the service advisor goes to the car to get VIN and mileage. This forces the advisor to hunt down the car which has already been moved from its convenient location near the desks. More

Quick, friendly and professional My Toyota Highlander's battery went out just as I'd finished shopping and loading $250+ of groceries into the back. I made a quick stop to Batteries P My Toyota Highlander's battery went out just as I'd finished shopping and loading $250+ of groceries into the back. I made a quick stop to Batteries Plus, got into the vehicle, and NO START! I called Jay Wolfe's service department, explained my dilemma of having lots of groceries and a dead battery. Since Batteries Plus is practically across the street from the dealership, a service tech came over, jump started my Highlander, and I drove over to the dealership, where they changed the battery within 30 minutes. No harm, no foul ... the groceries and my vehicle were both great! Talk about phenomenal service! Efficient and classy as always. Thanks everyone who helped! More
