Mr. Bogan saved the day. I scheduled appointments via the internet at both a Honda dealership and Jay Wolfe Toyota for Saturday the 13th of July. At Honda, the internet contact Lesa showed us the car and we test drove it. It was fine, we discussed price and trade-in and proceeded to Jay Wolfe. Upon arrival I expected to meet the internet contact Heather. It was unnerving to learn that I had been played for a dupe as Heather is not a sales rep at all and does not even work at the location. Mr. Bogan must have noticed the same confused look on my face that my wife told me I was wearing. Mr. Bogan invited me to sit down and offered a beverage and we began to chat. After an hour or so I found myself ordering a RAV 4. I must tell you that this is the 4th vehicle I have purchased at Jay Wolfe and I nearly walked out disappointed over the internet snafu. Kudos for Derrion Bogan and Mike the sales manager that went out of their way to repair a rocky start. One bit of unsolicited advice. I earned an MBA more than 3 decades ago and have extensive experience in business management, finance, and organizational structure. If I wanted to sabotage a sales organization one of the things I would do is schedule appointments with people that don't work there. Thanks again Derrion and Mike! More

He is thoughtful and conscientious. What an asset to an industry where a customer must rely mostly on the advice of the service manager.
