Scheduled Service I had a 7:20 a.m. appointment. All went well, and I like working virtual in their customer Bistro while they work on the car. My service advisor, Wa I had a 7:20 a.m. appointment. All went well, and I like working virtual in their customer Bistro while they work on the car. My service advisor, Walt Caswel, was very friendly and made sure we went over everything done on the car and pointed out things that may be due for service in the near future. The only suggested improvement I would make is to try to better organize the customer intake/leave process. It's a bit chaotic when you have several customers waiting to check-in to their appointments at the same time as customers who are done with their appointments checking out. Maybe it would help to designate a couple of counters aa "Completed Customers' for only processing completed appointments, so the the incoming appointments don't occupy every available counter. When times are slow, the "Completed Customers" counters could call over incoming customers to process their arrivals. I think I waited 15 minutes after being told my car was done for a counter to open so I could pay my bill and leave. More

They estimated my wait time would be an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes and they exceeded that expectation by getting me out even quicker. Waiting area is nice, grateful for the kids play room to keep my little one occupied while we waited. Check out was quick and easy and they had run my car through a complimentary wash. When I noticed a small grease/dirt spot left on my driver seat from the technician I pointed it out and they happily removed it right away with some remover and a rag. Great friendly service and in and out in a timely fashion. More

Scheduled Service Had a 1 PM scheduled appointment, got there at 12:50 PM was taken care of as soon as I walked in. The whole service group Mark, Kevin, Tom and Andrew Had a 1 PM scheduled appointment, got there at 12:50 PM was taken care of as soon as I walked in. The whole service group Mark, Kevin, Tom and Andrew are great. They gave me an estimate on my work and also a time it would be completed. It was done when they said and my car was washed and looked and runs great. More
