He took the time to go over all the various systems on the car. We made a decision to buy and requested the possiblility of a trade in. We had an upcoming appointment and he worked efficiently to meet our time limitations. We put down a payment to hold the car until the next day. When we arrived the car was ready to go and we completed the paperwork. Mike did a good job of explaining the finanancing and warrantly aspects of the purchase. Jim went out with us to the car to go over the dashboard etc with us, plus helping us to set up our bluetooth. He thanked us and offered any assistance in the future. Great job overall. More
